I adopted my boys as babies back in June and they are now 11 months old. It’s amazing how much their individual personalities have come out now and how they differ so much even though they’re brothers.
Finn is a thinker. He never dives into anything and likes to keep his emotions (for the most part) under wraps. He will jump on your hand to be moved to the play pen and then again to be brought back to the cage and fully trusts me, but if you try and stop to cuddle him he will nip you to remind you to stick to the plan!
Oggie on the other hand is just perpetually thrilled with life. He will leap into your arms and pancake flat with legs sticking out of the back and will then purr for England and roll over and demand rough scratches. He’s always purring and rumbling and popcorning and talking. He’s also clumsy whereas his brother is more elegant
Their personalities have swapped back and forth a bit, especially in the first couple of months, but now they have blossomed into themselves and have stopped annoying each other too. They sleep together and look for each other when one is somewhere else. It’s been my first experience with a boy pair (and a baby boy pair to boot) but I’ve loved watching them turn into big happy lads
(Not even sure why I posted this, but I guess I just wanted to be a proud mama for a second )
