...........i've now done in my car 8)
It's a chrysler voyager and it's just over 6 years old and i've had it since new, but i can't believe i've done that many k's. So has anyone else done big miles/kilometers in their cars?
 
I'm always surprised how many miles I do - I think it's because I don't work and i'm out and about. All I really do are short journeys but it really adds up - I do loads more miles now than when I worked full time! :o ;D
 
our cars are always high becasue mIcks a driving instructor he chops it in every 2 years for a new one and I get the old one while my old one ( his original one is used in PX) etc etc always ford fiestas easier to learn in just means my car has dual controls :o
 
My little car had about 90,000 miles when i got it. It's now got over 100,000. Still going well. I'd love a new car(not brand new, new for me) but i love my little car too. I'l see how i feel in a few months time.

we get a brand new one every 5 years through motability! ;)
 
Ooh, thats good. Dont think anyone's gona give me a free car. I'm still trying to win the darn lotto.
 
I always get mine from auctions. So far I've done pretty well - although my current one wasn't what I thought I was bidding on 98) I thought it was a Renault Megane but it is a Laguna! I'm such a div - must have looked smaller from the back of the stalls! Still its a 6 year old executive 2litre leather upholstry (which I don't like because in the winter its really cold to sit on & slippery if you don't weigh much & in the summer is sweaty), air con bla bla all for £700 which is an absolue bargain. Its done quite a few miles but gets me around ok. I don't think I could clock up as many miles as Glynis though - this country ain't big enough!
 
Got our volkswagen off ebay - real bargain, only 500 pound, mind you 12 years old but in such good nick!

Old lady driver, had only done 43,000 miles with it! We have it for just under a year now and we have already added 8,000 miles to it :P
