cut eye

Hello everyone, my two guinea pigs have had a fight lately and I saw the youngest one with his eye like this. I'm not sure if its a piece of hay that hurt him or could be stuck there or wether its a cut from one of their fights. Do we need to take him to the vet? answers would be greatly...
